Fastened length is from top of the shoulder down to the crotch with the onesie fastened. (Note that the above are only recommended sizes - the 2XL for instance will fit a larger chest measurement as the onesies are quite stretchy)
We would recommend washing on a 40 Degree Wash and hang to dry - not tumble dry.
