Please note - We had to change our email server and that meant no emails had been received for 24 hours, if you have emailed on the 3rd or morning of the 4th July - then please re-send as we will not have received it! Sorry about that but it was beyond our control.
If you are having problems paying by card, our card processor is UK based and therefore does not accept some international cards and pre-paid cards in particular.
All you need to do is to choose the paypal option when checking out - you do not need a paypal account - and underneath where you would log in if you did have a paypal account there is an option 'pay by debit or card' and then you can just fill your card details in as normal but the transaction will be carried out in your country and prepayment cards should then work :) Hope that helps. A1) How much do you charge to deliver to my country? The easiest way to find this out is if you are looking at our website on a PC / Laptop, place the items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket on our site. Then when everything is in that you need - click onto the 'Basket' from the link on the top right hand side - And your shopping basket items will be listed. Underneath the items will be the price subtotal and then next to the shipping it says 'Add Info', enter your country and postcode etc - then click on the button to 'Estimate Shipping' - and the shipping choices (Based on the weight of the items in your basket) will be listed to your address. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the items you order and the country. We only charge what it costs us to ship to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges or customs charges when your shipment arrives in to your country.
A2) Do you deliver to my country? We are based in the UK and deliver to all of the UK* (*with surcharges possible to Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland. We will always contact you if a surcharge is required to your area.) We also deliver to all of Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If you are in the UK we can also deliver to most local post offices using Parcelforce Convenient Collect & to a Collect Plus Shop details can be found on our Delivery Information Page.

A4) How do I cancel my account or stop marketing emails from you? Send an email to email@example.com stating the email address of the account needing to be deleted and we will sort that out for you. If you have received a marketing email from us then you can also click the link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe from future emails.
A5) Can I phone you to make an order or an enquiry? No sorry - we are an internet only based company. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will always try our best to answer as quickly as we can within the times that we work which is Monday to Friday 8-4.
A6)What time is your cut off for a Saturday or Next Day Delivery ? DPD collect from us around 2 P.M. Monday to Friday. if you order Monday to Thursday on a Next Day Delivery before 1 P.M. (subject to stock) you will receive your order on the following working day. If you order on a Friday before 1 P.M. on a Next working day you will receive your order on Monday. For a Saturday delivery we need to receive the order before 1 P.M. on Friday - If you are ordering clothing (waddles, onesies, booties etc., ) please order a few days before to allow us to make these up for you.
