Delivery Information

All items are wrapped and posted or shipped extremely discreetly with no mention of Cuddlz, Nappies or Diapers or what is inside the package.

If a company name is displayed on the label it is our holding company of MQ Trading.

So no one will know what you have ordered. For international orders where a customs declaration is required then we list the items as ‘New Personal Clothing’.

All items are usually shipped on the same or the next working day after the date of order.

A delivery address can be specified when checking out. Also we have some new delivery methods where you can pick your parcel up from a local shop or from a local post office. See below - Do you offer any other shipping methods

How will we send your parcel? - What is ship by weight?

If you are in the UK:-

As a guide - if the weight of items ordered is under 2 Kilos we usually send by Royal Mail and if over 2 Kilos by Parcelforce or Fed Ex.

ie UK Orders for packs of 16 nappies or more are sent by Parcelforce or FedEx, on a 48 hour delivery service, a signature may be required - Cuddlz is not mentioned and the delivery is booked under the company name of MQ Trading. A delivery address can be specified when checking out. When your parcel is shipped we then update the order sending out an email with the tracking information.

For smaller orders (Ie if the shipping works out at less than £7.65 for UK Orders) These are sent by Royal Mail First Class - Or First Class Recorded if the items are of a higher value but weigh less ie Pyjamas.

UK Delivery Upgrades If you are ordering 16 Nappies or more then you can also upgrade the Parcelforce or FedEx shipping to next day or Saturday delivery (Depending on the day and time of order) By selecting an upgrade from the Delivery Upgrades category online.

If you are in Europe or Worldwide:-

If the weight of items ordered is under 2Kilos we usually send by Royal Mail Airmail and if over 2Kilos by Parcelforce or Fed Ex.

When your order is sent we will update your account with the details of how your order has been sent. We are sorry but there is no tracking available on Royal Mail Airmail items. There is tracking information if your order has been sent by courier with Parcelforce or FedEx and we will update your order and send an email with the shipping method and any tracking information when your parcel has been sent.

Do you offer any other shipping / postage methods?

If you are in the UK we can use some services where you can collect your parcel either from a local post office or from a local participating shop.

Collect Plus - Is a new service where you can choose a local participating shop to have your parcel delivered to. We can only use this service on parcels of a certain size and weight. At the moment the largest package we could send with this service would be 16 nappies. You go first to their website www.collectplus.co.uk If you put in the post code near to where you would want to collect and the website will tell you the details of the nearest participating shop. You then can either put that as your delivery address - making sure to let us know that it is a Collect Plus shop - or you can send a message with the order (There is space to do that when you are checking out) And let us know where you want it delivered to etc. There is a minimum charge for the service of £4.99. If the postage works out at less than that on our system then you can add in the collect plus upgrade to your order in Delivery Upgrades on the website. Then when your order is sent out we send you the tracking information and you can watch the progess of your parcel to the chosen shop - and you will receive an email from Collect+ with a collection reference number. This service takes around 3-5 days.

Parcelforce Convenient Collect

Parcelforce now offer a service where you can have a parcel delivered to a local participating Post Office. If your parcel is over 2Kilos and is going to be sent by Parcelforce (ie the delivery cost on our website will be £7.65) Then there is no extra charge for this service. We just need to know that you would like this service - and if you know it the address of the Post Office to send to. (Please note that this is not available to all Post Offices and if your chosen one is not available then we will let you know before we send) To let us know you would like this service either put the Post Office to send to as your delivery address making sure that it is clear to us that it is a Post Office - or you can put the information in a message on the order and there is space to do this in the checkout. The delivery service is usually 48 Hours once sent. You will receive an email from Parcelforce with a collection reference number when the parcel is sent.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is calculated on the web site based on the weight of items ordered and the delivery address country etc.

For Orders less than 2Kgs Royal Mail / Airmail is calculated on the weights of the items purchased.

Orders over 2kgs are sent by Parcelforce or FedEx - In the Uk Delivery is £7.65 for up to 30Kgs which is roughly 2 full boxes of nappies ie 128 nappies.

European Deliveries over 2Kgs are sent via Parcelforce in the Uk and then usually they go onto GLS in most of Europe For European GLS Tracking see http://www.gls-group.eu
